  • Integration questions and API keys: support@unvault.com with "Developer" in the subject. Include your API key ID (never the key), the endpoint or contract, the chain, and request or transaction hashes.
  • Security: security@unvault.com, or the Report Bug button in the app — responsible-disclosure terms are on the Help Center.
  • Policy questions (API terms, trademark use): legal@unvault.com.
  • User-facing issues (items taken from a wallet, disputes): support.unvault.com.
